When festival-goers needed a freshen up, they headed backstage. Kind of. Backstage With Dove was home to body gems, a candy floss bar, styling stations, one-to-one product education; everything the crowd needed to get festival ready.

Almost a year ago, we’d wrapped and de-rigged flagship conference, and its first iteration as FWD:

In April, Sydney, by June, it was London’s turn; bringing Mailchimp Utopia to .

2025’s evolution brought us powerhouse speakers including , , and , plus panels from notorious names in marketing.

It also saw our bravest creative, creating a Utopia in two of the world’s biggest cities; sculptural moss-scapes, towering installations, custom scents… the list goes on!

Match days at the Emirates been looking a little different recently!

We turned Celebration Corner into a stage for fans to recreate one of football’s most iconic moments (Thierry Henry knee slide) for a x activation.

Fans slid into their best Henry pose, caught on Glambot, with the clip in their WhatsApp before they’d left the turf.

Pre-match energy was needed; a DJ spinning from a custom booth, 5m x 3m LED screen playing iconic goal celebrations from over the years, and our BAs keeping things loud and lively for the few hours before kick-off.

Oh, and the sun was shining. That’s the kind of Saturday we’re here for.

Best 360° views in London? We know a place 👀

Last Autumn we completed the install of The Chimney Life experience at , and with the sun finally en route, there’s no better time to go.

Before you ascend 109 metres above the city, a time portal drops you into 1930s London. You’ll get a lesson into the history of one of London’s most iconic buildings, with sensor-activated maps, AR tablets, interactive replicas and digital quiz tables .

We finished it off with a custom-built ticket kiosk, bespoke bar, signage and seating, all built and installed in-house by , and with huge thanks to our collaborators:

wanted their new Marshmallow Smoke scent in front of a Gen Z audience, and as official sponsors of the Charity Match, Wembley Way was the perfect place for it!

Scent archway diffusing the new scent, branded stamps flying, bucket hats hidden in giant replica deodorant cans for those up for a challenge.

Compact activation. Big impact.
