Our Strategy Director, Jelena Stosic, has shared her , where she spoke about her experience of managing a team during COVID-19 and committing to a work/life balance, as well as shared some insights for the keen marketeers out there.

Within the article, Jelena advises: "I’d say we need to be very careful about jumping on bandwagons. Every period of bigger societal shifts presents opportunities to ‘jump on’, but it's essential to assess these opportunities against our audience needs and our brands’ objectives. Marketing strategies that start with ‘everyone is doing it’ are very likely to be wrong."
