3 things a health check can tell you — before you notice a problem 🌿

1. Risks with no symptoms (yet)
Conditions like raised cholesterol or early signs of diabetes rarely come with a warning. You can feel completely fine & still be building up risk. A comprehensive blood screening and physical examination can pick up on these changes early — while there’s still time to act, rather than react.

2. What’s really behind the fatigue
Low energy, low mood or brain fog often gets put down to stress, poor sleep, or “just getting older.” Sometimes that’s true — but sometimes it’s something simple and fixable, like low iron levels. A health check tests for it, so you’re not left guessing.

3. Early warning signs of cancer
Screening when you feel well is exactly the point — most cancers are far more treatable when they’re caught early, before any symptoms appear. Our Men’s and Women’s Health Checks include a FIT test (bowel cancer screening), along with other targeted screening built around you.

Peek inside this iconic Wimbledon home – you’ll never guess what feature was added to the utility room!

22 Parkside, the pioneering modernist home designed by Richard and Su Rogers that inspired the Centre Pompidou and Lloyd’s of London, has been gifted to the National Trust ✨

We were treated to a peek behind the scenes at the quirky and wonderful features of the house...

Ben Rogers, the son of Richard and Su, said: “22 Parkside is much more than a family home. It is one of the most important buildings my father and mother created – a place where many of the ideas that would go on to influence my father’s work and some of the world’s most celebrated architecture were first tested and explored.”

22 Parkside will open to the public for the day on Saturday 12 September as part of London’s Open House festival, although tickets have already been snapped up. A week later, festivalgoers can see inside the Lloyd’s Building, where Rogers’s ideas from Parkside were used. While conservation work and fundraising continues, the house will be open on select dates each year, before a full opening aimed for 2028.
