AI didn’t change because it suddenly became more intelligent.

It changed because it became available to everyone.

In this clip, Bilal Ahmed explains why businesses are increasingly asking whether they still need third-party AI tools—or whether they can build solutions themselves.

It’s a fascinating perspective on how accessibility is changing technology decisions across every industry.

AI can answer almost anything.

The real question is: would you know when it’s wrong?

That’s one of the most important conversations in our latest episode of Common Ground, where Chad Gomez is joined by Bilal Ahmad from Thomas Pink.

As AI becomes part of our everyday work, it’s easy to focus on writing better prompts or finding the latest tools. But the real advantage comes from something much harder to teach: knowing what a good answer looks like.

Because technology can speed up your work.

Judgement is what keeps it on the right track.

AI is changing e-commerce.

Not because it can do everything, but because it helps businesses focus on what matters most.

In the latest episode of Common Ground, Chad Gomez is joined by Bilal Ahmad, Head of Digital Commerce at Thomas Pink, to explore how AI is being used in the real world - from improving SEO and localisation to enhancing customer experience and supporting smarter decision-making.

One thing becomes clear throughout the conversation:

AI isn’t a shortcut.

It’s a tool that works best when it’s built on strong foundations, clear processes and human expertise.

At Rhapsody, we’re fascinated by the opportunities AI creates. But we’re even more interested in how human insight makes technology more valuable.

That’s why we’re always exploring the balance between innovation and human experience and why this conversation with Alexandra Jenkins felt so timely.

In the latest episode of Common Ground, Chad Gomez sits down with Alexandra Jenkins, Marketing Manager for a leading UK housebuilder, to discuss how AI is changing the way people discover, research, and buy property.

But the conversation goes beyond marketing.

AI can help you find a home. But can it help you trust one?

When you’re making one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of your life, trust matters. The episode explores how AI is influencing the customer journey, where it can add value, and why human connection remains such an important part of the homebuying experience.

Because while technology continues to evolve, understanding people will always matter.

At Rhapsody, teamwork doesn’t stop when the workday ends.
Bartosz Ćwieka, Marcin Marszałek, and Marcel Niesłony recently took on a Half Ironman relay challenge, combining their strengths to cover:

🏊 1.9 km swimming
🚴 90 km cycling
🏃 21.1 km running

That’s 113 kilometres completed together.

A great reminder that success, whether in sport or at work, is built on trust, commitment, and supporting one another every step of the way.
Congratulations on an outstanding achievement! 👏

What’s the best AI campaign you’ve seen?

According to Jamie, it’s probably one you didn’t even realise was made with AI.

That sparked an interesting conversation with Bobby about where AI is heading, why great creative work still needs human direction, and how brands can avoid the “uncanny valley.”

AI is starting to feel less like a tool and more like a teammate.
Which raises some interesting questions.

We’re launching a new video series exploring how AI is changing creativity, business, and the way we work.

In Episode 1, Jamie and Bobbie discuss one of the biggest myths about AI adoption: that transformation starts with tools. The reality? The biggest opportunities come from rethinking workflows, processes, and the relationship between human creativity and technology.

We’ve also created an interactive experience based on the conversation, so you can explore the ideas for yourself.
