Life lately… 🌊🇯🇲✨️

Spent some quiet time in Alligator Pond, Manchester, Jamaica, taking a step back and reconnecting with nature — my place of peace. Sometimes you just need that reset, away from everything, to breathe and realign.

The effects of Hurricane Melissa are still visible, and seeing how the famous river now meets the sea is a powerful reminder of how quickly things can change. Still, in the middle of it all, I remain thankful, grounded, and grateful for life, for protection, and for moments like these.
