We are a daily provider of open-source intelligence tools for diplomats, military, international affairs specialists, international players in any industry, especially in the context of multilateral diplomacy, but also generic international diplomacy. Founded in London in January 2011, ParsifalSeven provides a daily working tool to a user base across the globe, with its basic product (the No Comme

nt Daily Worldview) shared across the international community in New York, London, Rome, Brussels, Geneva, Nairobi, Moscow, Shanghai, Beijing and beyond. The core product is the daily (M/F) NCDW (“No Comment Daily Worldview”) distributed through the network of ParsifalSeven worldwide, only via email. The NCDW is the rationalisation of hundreds of media sources, into one single document, with 7 focal points analysed, easily readable in less than 5 minutes, all details and specifications included; each of the 7 “Parsifals” (as we call them) are accompanied, for the subscribing users, by a ParsifalSeven Note (which consists in putting into a wider context each item contained in the NCDW). The web archive at http://www.parsifalseven.net will reproduce a shorter version (speed sets or single posts), delayed by at least one week. It reaches, daily, New York, rome, Brussels, London, Nairobi, Shanghai, Moscow and beyond. We believe that the “MEDIUM” should NOT BE the “MESSAGE” anymore. In making our products, we are attentive to clean any source from its editorial component, from any speculation, from any biased remark or wording. Rationalising all sources into a synthetic summary, that actually contains all details needed. In making our NCDW, we start from the assumptions that we currently live in a multipolar world, where all international affairs greatly depend on the relationship between the USA, India, China, Russia. The contexts in which these relationships and interactions occur, is the globe itself, and the main areas of dispute are still territory, resources, influence, and the role into the global economy. Why “Seven” ?

…do you really think you can manage to deal with more than seven topic, ranging from territorial disputes, to conflict management, from economic matters to global security ? We believe that seven is more than enough to start with. How does ParsifalSeven work ? Sources are verified with a methodic system which is never automated, but always relies on human analysis. Media are reviewed without biases, news reports are all cleaned up from speculations and sensationalists items. We then put it all into a simple file, a pdf, an email. Very basic, and it’s all about contents.
