Why did you start your agency in the first place?

You don't have to tell me or anyone else. But you should be able to answer yourself.

Not having a vision for your agency is a huge mistake.

You'll never figure out how to get there.

And that's why most small agencies stall. They go from invoice to invoice with no real plan for the future.
