Last month I won a court case against a small-time client for a small website (Brand Relations) . There's a review for them in their Google listing that summarises it quite well...

Working with the director of Brand Relations has been a very unpleasant experience. He requested a cheap website for his girlfriend, added additional features after attempting to fix the price. He loved the new website. However, when things didn't go his way, he refused to pay and the issue went to a small claims hearing. He added a counter-claim alleging loss of business which the judge didn't believe. The case went fully in my favour and all of Richard's assertions were thrown out. The original debt and all court fees were paid so I wasn't out of pocket. Thoroughly unpleasant to work with and this business is best avoided. The director is quick to anger. Unprofessionalism runs deep here.

It has been one month and BT (British Telecommunications)
still hasn't replied to their requests to remove the / email "service not available - access denied" block for IP: 144.76.24.9 ... I've written on the online chat and called the various support numbers. Please fix this.
