Technology event
In February 2012 BlackRock commissioned us to create a bespoke event, designed to channel talented technology students into their summer internships. The results speak for themselves – of the 35 interviewed, 20 were put through to assessment, and 9 were hired into Technology. 78% of those hired were female.
