1. Figma Sites 🌐: Website builder integrated with Figma Design enabling designers to create live websites! 🙌 It allows launching directly from Figma with an integrated CMS editor and custom domain (🤑for an extra fee).
Now there’s no excuse not to have a live portfolio 😉

Hey design friends! I have a full 3-day ticket for OFFF Barcelona 2025 (May 8–10) but I won’t be able to make it this year ✈️. Too many exciting projects on my plate 👩‍💻

3. ‘Make Designs’ with
Yes, I know it’s mainstream 👻 , but the demo is incredibly promising compared to anything I’ve tried before. We’ll be able to generate interfaces based on prompts, change themes, spacing, fonts, and add sections to the generated layout. Figma promises this is just the beginning, so let’s see where it goes.

4. ‘Translate to...’ interface into other languages in one go
As I’m currently working with a Canadian agency from Quebec, translating UI to other languages is crucial feature. All our projects launch in both French and English. It can be challenging as French often has longer strings than English, and titles, CTAs, etc., need extra attention. This update is perfect timing for me!

5. ‘Transfer projects’ from agency to clients
Finally!!! 🙌

6. iOS 18 and Material 3 Design Kit right inside Figma
Starting UI design has never been easier for responsive design from phone to tablet. Good effort on Figma 👏

The time pass so fast. I've been living in London for 2 years 🇬🇧 2 YEARS!!! During this time I have had an amazing experience and the opportunity to work for dozens of projects in London. It has been Medical Agency, Bank, Insurance company, learning platform, employee benefits platform, and COVID-related projects. I have visited 100's design meetups and met thousand designers So here’s to another year 💂‍♂️

Apple has just released iOS 14 📲 and macOs - Big Sur

A quick look at the updates and new features:

1️⃣App Library. It’s a new space at the end of Home Screen pages that automatically organizes all apps in one easy-to-navigate view. So, it’s easy way to hide app pages.

2️⃣Widgets. Now they come in a variety of sizes and more data-rich than ever. So, everyone will customize them in their own way and pick just the right level information for each one.

3️⃣Picture in Picture. A new way to continue enjoying a video while moving between apps.

4️⃣Completely redesigned the Siri experience with new compact design.

5️⃣New app designed for conversations called Translate (11 languages). It can work off-line keeping conversation private.

6️⃣macOS Big Sur. Big changes in Design since introduction of Mac OS X.

7️⃣Safari. Customizable sections on the start page. New way to search (Extension) and work with lots of tabs.

🪐And the most important is “Foundation,” the upcoming Apple TV+ series based on the Isaac Asimov novel series. I’m really excited 🤩

Today I had the opportunity to talk about Digital Accessibility at Global Accessibility Awareness Day organized by UK. It was the first virtual Human-Centered Design event and it went amazing. Thanks to all speakers and participants.

And remember "Top 5 accessibility checks" 😉
✔️ Check color contrast
✔️ Add alternative text for all images
✔️ Try to use an indicator other than color
✔️ Check the spacing between content
✔️ Make sure your site is keyboard-friendly
