As we love a little bit of healthy competition at 23red, we've teamed up with GoJoe fitness app this month for some team challenges! For week we're raising awareness of the loneliness theme and organising 2 group workout slots, so that even if we're exercising on our own, we're not alone. We'll be sharing messages and selfies in the app on Saturday at 9.30am to support and encourage each other to get out and about for that walk / run / cycle or swim!

Here’s how our Brighter Journeys campaign took shape 🌸⬇️

We worked with The Poetry Project to develop a series of nature-inspired poems, printed on seeded leaflets for passengers to plant at home, as well as being used across stations to raise a smile.

The activity was promoted through track-side posters, OOH, social media, and a partnership with Metro newspaper.

We captured it in a beautiful film too with spoken word artist Terrell Lewis.
