Brands are more than just a logo. Want proof?

When we took on the rebrand with , there was one clear stipulation. Their logo had to stay.

Although their logo had a lot of character already built in, that didn’t stop our team of deep thinkers from designing a suite of vibrant design assets and a structure around how to use them that would still give Kwalee the transformation they needed.

Encouraging kids to step outside and engage with nature is crucial. That's why we were excited to collaborate with The Conservation Volunteers, an outstanding environmental charity.

Their mission focuses on providing vulnerable children with year-round opportunities to connect with nature through guided experiences, even during the colder months.

We helped develop a campaign that showed all the wonder of nature in winter from a child's perspective. We illustrated and animated everything in-house so we could develop a unique style just for TCV.

We know it's nearly spring, but this is making us want to turn back the clock a bit!

We pitched in to boost Centrepoint's fundraising game by crafting a set of on-brand accessible templates. These make life easy for their busy team to whip up on-brand and accessible communications, spreading their fundraising message far and wide.

The templates covered everything from Canva templates for social media, posters and leaflets, Word document reports to email newsletter templates to make sure their fundraising emails hit the mark.

Remember, nailing both engagement and accessibility is key for your fundraising campaigns to hit the reach you're aiming for.

How do you make sure that your fundraising campaigns have the reach and get the results you need?

We've worked on many fundraising campaigns over the years. Here are our key takeaways:

1. It's about knowing what will truly connect with your audience.
Creating a persuasive message is important, but it's crucial to ensure that it aligns with the genuine motivations driving your audience to donate. Audience motivations may not always match our assumptions. Conduct thorough research to delve into what truly matters to them and connect with their core values.

2. Don't hide those calls to action.
Maintain a concise and clutter-free design. Striking the right balance is crucial; aim for something both captivating and uncluttered to avoid overshadowing your essential calls to action. After all, that is what the campaign is really about.

3. Think about animation.
We have so much vying for our attention these days that moving images are proven to catch more of that attention than static posts alone. Consider whether a few key pieces could be brought to life with even simple animation.

4. Let your values and your past results shine!
Let your donors know what great work they will be contributing to, and don't be afraid to get specific. Things like stats can paint a very direct and compelling picture of the value that their donation will add in real terms.

5. Don't get lost in the crowd!
There is a lot of noise in the fundraising world, so make sure that your campaign feels unique to your brand and your cause. Learn from past successes, but don't get stuck in a rut.
