Elephant Park is a bold and ambitious development by Lendlease, creating one of London’s most exciting new neighbourhoods within Elephant & Castle. We were asked earlier this year to create a destination brand for Elephant Park, a place for residents, the extended community in Elephant & Castle and Londoners further afield to visit.

When you brand a destination, the design must be an open system that is constantly changing, as the place will evolve and attract different audiences. The identity has been influenced by architecture, landmarks, people and promises.

Origami has been used in the logo to represent transformation and potential of what the brand can become.

A strong vibrant colour palette has been created to reflect the vibrancy of the area with a modern clean feel, alongside strong typography which immediately works with the shapes of the logo.

We wanted a big idea that will surprise, inspire and distinguish it for years to come.
