What does the future of social look like?
This morning we hosted a webinar digging into the findings from
our Discord research, discussing how brands can maximise the potential of the
largely untapped platform.
Our top 3 takeaways are:
📈Brands need to be prepared to think conversation and community first, content second
📈Discord is a platform with a very engaged audience, brands should think about how they can get the community working for them
📈Any brand COULD find a place on Discord, as long as they figured out what they can offer to which community
