This year's is about embracing equity not only in the workplace but in schools, home, communities, mind and actions.

We're playing our part by championing our ever-growing number of female colleagues who continue to challenge the stereotype working in a male-dominated tech industry. We're celebrating achievements - big and small - and encouraging our peers to grow and learn together. We're working together to forge inclusive work cultures and call for gender equality.

POV: you've found an ultra-shiny, rare motion designer! 🤯 💫 🎉

A true 'rare find' when it comes to natural talent in the world of animation and graphic design, David has a passion for bringing designs to life and making them memorable, empowered by a great understanding of the Adobe Suite and enough patience to wait for it to start responding again.

Through working in web development in the past and with a degree in linguistics, David has a diverse background that allows him to look at animation in unique ways.

When he’s not Photoshopping a new moustache on his friends, he enjoys going to the gym, playing video games and watching a good series.

A true 'shiny' in the 'social' circles, Claudia is our everywhere all at once Head of Social. A posting powerhouse, Claudia is maximum visibility, fun, chat, irreverence and relevance. Always out and about, camera in hand, with so many positive words on her lips for the shops, bars and restaurants she represents, there is no way her content is getting ignored 📸 💻 ✍🏽 📲
