What are the chances...? We spotted two different “RS” vans in Harlow right next to each other - same initials, totally different businesses... RS Bathrooms and RS Quality Decorators.

It's a perfect reminder that vehicle livery isn’t just how you look on the road… it’s how you grow!

Some useful insights for you:

• UK data shows branded vans can generate around 3,000 impressions a day.

• Businesses that upgrade their signage, including vehicle wraps, often see a 5–10% sales uplift.

• And 25% of customers have made a buying decision just from seeing a branded vehicle.

So, if your van stands out, your business does too 👌🏼

----

Here's some info we've found out about these two businesses, since spotting them on the road:

RS Bathrooms:

RS Bathrooms Ltd delivers full‑service bathroom transformations — from plumbing and rip‑out to complete installations, wet rooms, tiling, and finishing. They specialise in modern, functional refurbishments with end‑to‑end project management.

---

RS Quality Decorators Ltd

RS Quality Decorators provide high‑quality painting, wallpapering, and finishing for homes and commercial spaces. From single‑room refreshes to full property redecorations, they focus on detail, prep, and professional results.

Here's a little trip down memory lane for you...

Over the years, Harlow Council has used several different logos, each marking a moment in time for our town. We can't find any official, published meaning behind the older designs - perhaps Dan Swords or Harlow Museum could enlighten us?

However, we're pretty confident the latest logo represents aspiration, opportunity and innovation and that it aligns with Dan Swords commitment to upgrading and renovating Harlow. It's a confident symbol for the town’s next chapter ...we're certainly a fan of that!

Just like these council logos, your brand identity tells a story before you even speak. A clear, consistent identity helps people recognise your business, remember it, and trust it. When your visuals, tone and messaging stay aligned, customers feel confident choosing you because they know what to expect.

Therefore, branding isn’t just for decoration, it’s a trust builder.

If a logo can represent a whole town’s journey, imagine what yours can do for your business.

Tell us below which version you remember (or like) most? And share your logo in the comments...
