I know we're all stuck in our homes. Some of us longer than others. It's day 13 for me. There's so much uncertainty right now and for someone who struggles with anxiety knows that all too well. But on the other side of the coin, being a traveler is an advantage. I've encountered many uncertain situations where I had to figure out a way through. And I can say that both for my travels and my personal life. I know we all had travel plans and they may have already been cancelled or you're unsure if you'll be able to go. It's really sh*tty times. There's no other way to cut it. But at the same time it doesn't have to be. This is the time to sit back and reevaluate what truly matters in your life. Life is so short and as we all are currently experiencing, look how fast your life can change in a blink of an eye. If you enjoy my writing and what I share here. My book above will give you solace in this troubling time. Like me who has dealt with anxiety/trauma and PTSD. You'll see like me, that you're not alone. And you can find ways to overcome your struggles. And now that we're all in quarantine together desperately missing being out with friends and traveling around without bounds. I invite you to give my book a read. And if you know anyone who may benefit from this post or my book please share this with them. Thank you and just know we are a community and we'll get through this. Together. 💕
