Lets talk Exercise..😎
Remember that new year resolution... you start off so enthusiastically, then life gets in the way.... well..

I came across this Youtube channel during 2020 lockdown.

Her videos are:
•All standing (getting up and down gives me vertigo 😊)
•Versatile moves (so i dont get bored and feel challenged)
•Has exercise previews, (so i know whats coming up next)
•No constant chatter, just background music, (so i dont get distracted when im trying to focus)
•Posts new videos daily
•Has workouts that are 20, 30, 40, & 60 minutes in length
• Has cardio, weights, and a lot of standing abs cardio (very happy as i really do not enjoy lying down sit ups 😊)
And you can do the videos at your own pace.
As we reach a certain age the body starts to play up... exercise keeps us moving, healthy, energised, & mentally agile.
The You that is exercising today is so much healthier than the You of yesterday that was sitting on the sofa ...
It is something you do for yourself, because You are so worth it. I ❤
