Hexio is situated just south of the Thames on the Old Kent road in London. Initially producing large format film positives for local printers we have grown steadily and now service the whole UK and abroad. We offer an ever increasing range of large format solutions and are constantly evolving to respond to the needs of the printing and media industry in London and around the UK. More of our large format services include prepress, repro, graphic arts, vehicle livery, digital printing, high resolution scanning and Exhibition Posters.

Scaffold Signs

One of the first jobs this year was a set of 4 metal framed scaffold signs for London Roofing Specialist. They wanted a set of large scaffold signs with matching metal frames that they could clamp to their scaffold tubes when working on a project. Banners for AFCON 2025

We were asked by a local restaurant Wazobia, to print some eye-catching banners that they could use to promote the upcoming Africa Cup Of Nations (AFCON) tournament. We used AI to create a stadium backdrop for the banners, then added all the relevant information that the restaurant requested. The vibrant banners were then printed on the HP Latex 800W before being trimmed to size, with hems and nickel eyelets added. Making totally weatherproof and colourful banners ready for hanging at the roadside to attract customers.

Double sided, cut-to-shape stickers

We were asked to print some double sided stickers to decorate the display cabinets at The British Museum, in time for the Christmas season. Our Latex HP800W with its ability to print in multiple layers of colour and white at the same time (a process known as "sandwich printing"), was ideally suited for this job. We were asked to produce some "Stained Glass Windows" for a temporary event being hosted by Gymshark. The illustrations were printed onto clear self adhesive vinyl which we then applied to large acrylic sheets on our laminator. The results looked quite stunning.
