MAKE INSTAGRAM INSTAGRAM AGAIN.

The latest campaign against Instagram's forever changing algorithm. The overall consensus: it's not doing what it's supposed to do. Instagram has been home to many businesses (particularly through COVID), but also just a great means to connect with friends, family, colleagues and aquaintances, from all over - regardless of nation, race, gender, sexuality or wealth.

But now we've seen this shift as Instagram is seeming to follow in the steps of beloved TikTok with it's reels being pushed to the forefront and forever showing us new accounts.

Since Monumental launched in 2017, we’ve always prided ourselves on having diversity at our core, so to be recognised for that commitment is truly an honour. This is a massive achievement for us, and truly shows that our hard work pays off. Ranging from our dedication to Pride Edinburgh and raising the profile of diverse communities like GTA Black Women In Tech, these causes hold a special place in our heart!

We’ll find out if we’re taking home the award at the ceremony in November - keep your fingers crossed for us!
