Our role was to distil that ambition into a brand identity that feels unmistakably premium, fiercely independent and intentionally different from the diluted “luxury” of large conglomerates.

We crafted a signature brandmark that unites a numeric “1”, an abstract cityscape and the initial of “One” into a single, modern emblem of exclusivity. Paired with a poised typographic system and disciplined spacing, the identity delivers clarity of stature across every touchpoint—from property packs to digital headers—before a word is even read.
