we’re looking back at a project we did to retail in the Selfridges flagship store on Oxford Street, to run alongside the launch of the popular TV series Mr Selfridge. We created a collection of high-quality merchandise including a linen printed tea towel, a linen printed apron, a set of printed coasters, a bone china printed mug, a set of printed pencils in bespoke packaging, and a set of bespoke made printed notebooks. All items feature the beautiful Selfridges Heritage designs. As experts in colour matching, we're particularly proud of our ability to match the famous Selfridges Yellow across different materials. We're thrilled to share one of our projects with the one and only Giles Deacon! After working with the British Fashion Council for a 2012 Olympic Games project, we were approached directly by the designer to create bespoke packaging in the form of pencil tubes featuring some of his favourite designs. We packed 12 printed pencils into each matching printed tube to create a beautifully designed, retail quality product. We loved the finished printed pencil pots and so did Mr Deacon! Thank you for the opportunity to work with such an influential British designer.

Waze asked Creative X for a car stress ball to be used as an invitation to an upcoming event. Due to time and personalisation constraints, we suggested a die cast model instead of a stress item! The pantone matched the Waze blue and the roof and doors were branded. This little car really screams bespoke retail!

Packed in clear display box with the printed invite details on header cards included, these little roadsters were delivered to individual addresses in 3 weeks!
