Grundini Peter Grundy is a designer and illustrator explaining life imaginatively and individually for clients who seek invention and imagination.

If ever there were true pioneers of information design 1979 RCA graduates Peter Grundy and Tilly Northedge were it. Over their 26 year working partnership they produced work of great energy and uniqueness that totally rewrote the rule book in this once dry and turgid area of the graphic arts. Working as Grundy & Northedge they did what few had dared, have opinion on the information they designed t

hrough their elegant style and plain good sense of fun that made the info-purests turn in their grave. When Northedge retired in 2006 Grundy carried on the work under the name Grundini and if anything has broadened the Grundy & Northedge legacy still further.

Peter Grundy, the original information illustrator of Continuum's 2018 redesign, was asked and agreed to reprise his role for the next 3-year cycle of Continuum covers (2024 to 2026). The original simple and elegant covers were an instant hit, leaving readers and subscribers to wonder what clever image would come next. For this cycle, Peter Grundy worked with Editor-in-chief Lyell K. Jones Jr, MD, FAAN, to conceptualise and hone each image so it could be instantly identified with the issue topic.
