A lot has changed in 2020, which was a turning point for businesses across the world. And the impact has been felt by marketing and beyond:
🔺Marketing now has a seat in the boardroom, as 80% of senior executives said the role of marketing in setting strategy has expanded since the pandemic.
🔺Working from home will be the new normal, which has seen more stable or improved productivity for marketers.
🔺Adapt or die - the challenging conditions have forced businesses to be agile and those who continuously adapt will be the winners of 2021.
🔺Many companies are turning their attention inwards by investing in employees’ mindset, as those who are actively trying to foster a strong mindset were 40% more likely to have outperformed in their sector.
