Everyone has needs and wants. But what does this mean in the context of businessβοΈ

People often misunderstand what they want versus what they actually need. Some business owners will say:

they want more customers
they want more engagement
they want more content
they want more brand awareness
they want ROI

What they don't understand, however, is that to attain the desired results you need the right tools, for example:

They want more engagment - what they really need is a sound strategic social media plan that when built upon helps to drive more engagement.
Of course there's more to it, such as content, the use of individual platforms, influencers, incentives etc. π

They want more content. Great! What they really need is the right content plan across various channels to understand what content they should push out and where. It comes down to gear, creativity, their brand, their positioning and perceptions amongst others. βοΈ
