Strengthening Portobello Road

Portobello Road is a world-renowned market street, full of heritage, culture, and character. The RBKC Council supports the ambition of street traders, residents, and businesses in developing a long-term plan to sensitively improve infrastructure in the area, while respecting Portobello’s iconic character and culture.

We’re keen to invite expressions of interest from residents to participate in some upcoming research workshops in the Portobello area - the time commitment would be c.12 hours across three evenings and weekends in February … 10th, 20th and 25th.

We want to hear from a wide and representative selection of voices and opinions, to ensure our research is as informed as possible. We already have a good response, but we’re keen to ensure we hear from all who represent the area, this includes residents who are newer to the area, from all backgrounds.

For participation in all workshops, you will be offered a total of £200 as a thank you gift for your time.

More detail can be found here: www.rbkc.gov.uk/portobello-road

If you are interested in participating, please register your interest at www.plus4.co.uk/portobello (your details will not be shared with the Council).

Places are limited and participants will be selected at random, whilst also ensuring a mix of backgrounds. We ask that you please register your interest to participate ASAP. Proof of address will be requested prior to confirmation of invitation to attend.
