Lots of people just get around the day, without any direction or intention. This is the first mistake they make, I encourage you to have an intention for tomorrow. How would you like your Thursday to look like? The second one is business and stress. people like me and you love to do staff but sometimes this staff result into more staff and there is a possibility you will get overwhelmed and stressed out. Now the men specifically are being suppressed to believe over the years that showing emotions and weakness is a bad thing. I have started sharing my fears with people who care partner and friends, knowingly [or at least thinking] that I know this will make me look weak in their eyes instead it turned out that they like it and give me valuable encouragement and support. This have increased my confidence for sure. Stage thing you think you are weak for being vulnerable but it turned out you become stronger.
Living in today's fast-paced world many of us forgot to relax and give time to rest and recharge. Recently I have started to meditate for about 20min daily. The effect is hugeee. I get more clarity on the things are happening right now and my ability to deal with problems increases.
Let me explain it to you like my coach explained it to me. People release their stress in many different ways- They drink, they take drugs, they eat excessively, they have s*x too much, or jerk off if they are alone. Just to get out of the tension that has been built up trough out of the day. the problem with that is when they wake up on the next day they haven't expanded their to deal with and possibly they have hangover/pain. If you just take 10-20 min for instead of distracting you from the problem you will have much more space and clarity in your head to find out a solution for the next time a similar problem occurs and by spending the time you my friend will be expanding your capabilities and become more powerful ready to tackle bigger problems.
