People pay to move faster, they pay to avoid expensive mistakes, gain access to experience they don’t have, receive honest professional feedback, make better decisions, save years of trial and error, and position themselves correctly before the market does it for them. Nobody pays a creative agency for “design.” They pay for perception, clarity, confidence, positioning, and outcomes that help them grow faster than they would alone.
