Our CEO presenting the developments and products management tips used and (not used) in GrowthOS. As per his post earlier he posted: “Every time I teach at NYU, I catch myself wondering:

Am I the one giving value to the students, or am I secretly the one receiving it?

Because on one hand, their questions keep getting sharper. Each session, I walk away with insights that push me to go out and build new things. Their curiosity acts like fuel.

On the other hand, the reason I have so much to share in class is because I’m actively building. I bring in fresh cases, real-time experiments, lessons that are still warm from the oven of practice.

And the truth is—it’s not either/or. It’s both, happening in parallel. Teaching feeds my building, and building feeds my teaching.

That’s the cycle I love being in.

Don’t put all your eggs in AI’s basket.

Learning the tools is step one.
But the long-term strategy? Upskill not just to produce more, but to produce better.

— How to look for clues
— How to see what others don’t
— How to build your own inspiration engine
— How to look inward
— How to be agile and dynamic
— How to be listening
— How to build a system you trust
— How to develop new learning habits
— How to get the correct mindset
— How to have self-awareness
— How to tune out undermining voices
— How to connect the dots
— How to create dots that don’t yet exist

These will make you a better marketer.

I’m afraid too many have parked all of them— and placed their hopes entirely in AI.

Yesterday, we completed another session, “AI for Agencies,” exclusively for members of Association of advertisers and the Institute of Communication. We proudly issued 30 certificates to agency professionals and wanted to share a few reflections.
Our industry is evolving rapidly. AI doesn’t just push us to learn new tools or technologies—it pushes us to become better. On its own, AI is mediocre; it lacks judgment, emotion, and depth. To stand out, we must enhance its capabilities with human creativity and strategic thinking. AI won’t create the marketing strategy for us—that’s our role. AI simply helps refine and execute it.
