The wait is over, and we can now share the latest rebranding project to land from the studio.
Domizia, now known as BUFARMA®, specialises in natural skincare formulations, leveraging the skin-repairing properties of organic buffalo milk alongside responsibly sourced local botanicals from southern Italy.
Our repositioning strategy aims to differentiate BUFARMA® from the rest of the skincare category, which often delivers products in generic white boxes and glass containers with minimal black branding. At its core, the BUFARMA® brand is about ‘ordinary’ materials containing products of ‘remarkable’ potential—a concept we’re calling ‘extra-ordinariness.’
BUFARMA®’s 100% recyclable outer boxes are simple yet refined, with iridescent foil details promoting the brand’s premium positioning. The inner packaging, inspired by traditional aluminium milk urns, is fully recyclable or reusable and safer to transport than glass.
BUFARMA®’s brand world further embraces the ‘extra-ordinary’ ethos through a muted, natural colour palette, a straightforward tone of voice, and authentic, au naturel imagery.
The product’s recent soft launch at one of the industry’s largest European trade shows received overwhelmingly positive feedback from buyers, resulting in confirmed listings in retail channels across multiple markets. BUFARMA® has also secured Kiera Chaplin as a brand ambassador.
We assisted BUFARMA® with developing their brand positioning, name, identity, packaging design, visual language, tone of voice, product imagery, and photographic style.
BUFARMA® will be available in health and beauty stores, and pharmacies across the UK, US, Europe, and West Asia.
