We call upon our male allies to demand better from event organisers by adding this clause to their agreement. "I reserve the right to withdraw from the event if there is a disproportionate number of cis male speakers in the day's schedule, including all-male panels, and all-male keynote speakers. To avoid this from occurring, please ensure your event includes a diverse range of primary speakers. For clarity, having female moderators does not fulfil the obligations of this clause."
