We create events that stay with people and truly matter 🤍

Recently, we hosted the charity evening “Art of Networking” in collaboration with General Assembly London.

That evening we spoke about contemporary Ukrainian art, its power, resilience, and importance even in times of war. We brought together incredible people for new connections, meaningful conversations, and genuine intellectual networking.

Together, we raised £1,120 to support children through “Ukrainian Children SOS” .

A heartfelt thank you to our partners, performers and everyone who was part of this special evening and helped make it so memorable.

Last Saturday, 38 Agency had the pleasure of creating a truly special celebration - a surprise 70th birthday party for Natalia.

In the cozy village hall of a small British village, we brought together a warm, stylish, and heartfelt event for 45 guests.
The evening had everything that makes memories unforgettable: dancing, karaoke, a birthday cake, a photo zone, a photo display of the birthday lady, and so many genuine emotions.

It was an evening full of love, joy, hugs, surprises, and moments worth remembering again and again.
These are exactly the kinds of celebrations we love to create.

38 Agency plans both big and small events, but every single one is special.
Because for us, it is not only about making an event look beautiful it is about creating a feeling people will remember with their hearts.

У суботу команда 38 Agency створила по-справжньому особливе свято - сюрприз-вечірку з нагоди 70-річчя Наталії.

У затишному village hall маленького британського села ми організували теплий, стильний і дуже душевний вечір для 45 гостей.
На святі було все, що створює незабутні спогади: танці, караоке, святковий торт, фотозона, виставка фотографій ювілярки та море щирих емоцій.

Це був вечір любові, радості, обіймів, сюрпризів і моментів, які хочеться проживати знову.
Саме такі події ми любимо створювати.

One of our most special recent projects was a series of women’s events for KClinics, an aesthetic medicine clinic that recently opened in the heart of London.

Together with the KClinics team, we created more than just an event - we created a space where women could slow down, breathe out, make time for themselves, and feel genuinely supported.

It was a moment for meaningful conversations, new connections, beauty discoveries, helpful tips, and, most importantly, for reconnecting with inner confidence and energy.

We truly believe that today, women need spaces like this more than ever - warm, beautiful, and filled with care, inspiration, and a sense of community.

And this is only the beginning. There is so much more ahead - from intimate gatherings to beautiful larger-scale events full of connection, expertise, and unforgettable moments.
