FORUM ON CHINA-AFRICA COOPERATION - (FOCAC) NOVEMBER 2021.

"The eighth edition of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) is due to be held in Dakar, Senegal, from 29-30 November 2021"

According to Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin., The theme of the conference will be to “Deepen China-Africa Partnership and Promote Sustainable Development to Build a China-Africa Community with a Shared Future in the New Era and inject new impetus into the China-Africa comprehensive strategic and cooperative partnership”.

The questions remain:

How long shall Africa continue to abdicate its responsibilities and allow foreign cabals to set Africa's agenda for their own interest?

When will Africa actually wake up, claim and control its destiny and resources?

How can it be that even in this day and age, Africa remains a toddler, totally dependent on those who continue to deplete our resources and decimate our cultural identity and consciousness for millenniums?

Why must Africa totally depend on others for basic survival and economic security?

GERMANY TO RETURN STOLEN BENIN EMPIRE TREASURES TO NIGERIA.

It's only a very SMALL step towards the repatriation of millions of art works, manuscripts and treasures looted by the ravaging European invaders and colonists.

This drip-drop return of only a tiny fraction of their colossal loot of African treasures, done especially for media coverage and political capital, deceives no one. This is akin to stealing Trillions of dollars from a nation and then giving back only 10 dollars as a recompense. Then claim you have paid them back whilst expecting them to be very grateful and forget the fact you have actually given back NOTHING. Simply comical and disdainful to say the least.

Let's also not forget the trillions of dollars they have illicitly made from these treasures through exhibitions, tourism, etc, for over hundreds of years. As a consequence, these artefacts must be accompanied with trillions of dollars, paid to the respective African states from the Europeans and others. They should not benefit from the proceeds of their looting and theft. This, I believe is a universal law.

We therefore demand that all our LOOTED treasures by Europeans and Arabs be returned. "Celebrated" works of Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Bernini, Raphael etc., pales in comparison to these timeless ancient African artefacts.

These Magnificent African treasures, sits rightly at the pinnacle of the greatest works in history - done by our ancestors, the Creators and Guardians of world civilisation.. They are our heritage, our identity, our history, and our posterity. All must be returned, including those looted by the British, Portuguese, French, Italians, the Vatican, Americans, Arabs etc. They are OURS.

As uniquely unequalled masterpieces of excellence and ingenuity, they constitute hundreds of thousands of years of our revered great history. They are sacred physical manifestation of the creative genius and spirit of our ancestors and MUST be returned - ALL OF THEM!!

Finally, when these are returned, our respective African governments must preserve them for posterity; use them to empower the youth and teach them about our second- to-none history and world leading heritage. They should be treated as TRUE treasures and symbols of our great past and a sign of what we are capable of, when we put aside our costly petty differences, realise who we truly are, and act accordingly.
