An immersive fashion and music experience “Act 1: Common Ground”. Stepping into the world of Tolu Coker with a listening room installation, live conversations and an exclusive pop-up activation.
In partnership with Fashion Britain.

Our brief:
equip provided sound, staging and support services for the live performance by the acclaimed live collective SOL & The Gang offering a rare opportunity to see one of the UK’s most exciting live acts up close during London Fashion Week.

We also supplied the portrait display screens, managing all the content remotely.

Music, fashion, culture and creativity all came together in one space, and we’re proud to have been part of the team to make it happen.

Westfield Days: The Sound of Style by Ahluwalia

A Pop up activation with an evening of fashion, music and British creativity at Westfield Stratford City.

Our brief:
equip supplied the portrait display screens and managed all the content remotely. For the live performances equip provided sound, staging and support services. This included performance stage, backline, instruments and accessories, stage management and technical management for the performances.

The atmosphere was absolutely electric and Kelis was iconic in every way.

Throwback to a glimpse behind the scenes as ‘The Making’ takes shape beneath the magnificent arched windows of the Paul Hamlyn Hall.

This installation with the and brings together their Carmen-inspired sofa, films and interviews from The Making, and .sweryda ~ celebrating the craft, creativity and people behind performance and furniture making.

SOFTSERVE INC ANNUAL SUMMIT 2026

equip partnered with SoftServe and Science Museum Events to produce the Annual Summit 2026, blending a day of engaging conference sessions with an evening cocktail reception and three-course dinner. The goal? Create a relaxed, intellectually stimulating atmosphere for attendees to enjoy from day to night.

🌟 The Smith Centre offered a welcoming conference space filled with natural light. Effective branding and strategically placed screens with the central painting in The Smith Centre kept as a focal point, enhanced the setting.

🚀 To elevate the evening, the first-ever dinner was hosted at Space, which gave the event a real USP. With an astronaut attending and a keynote set against the backdrop of the moon, the synergy made complete sense. Dining surrounded by space history, Tim Peake shared his incredible space station story, making the experience unforgettable.

🎤 equip managed all production elements - from staging and lighting to sound and screens, while showcasing Soft Serves first physical showcase of their new brand. Discreet tech and custom lighting enhanced the ambiance, bringing SoftServe’s branding colours to life by using wireless uplighters.

🤝 This unique event was a fantastic opportunity to reimagine familiar spaces, thanks to exceptional team at Science Museum. We’re proud to contribute to such a standout event and continue our partnership with this amazing venue!
