I don’t know who needs to hear this but in your business, nothing, and I mean nothing, is actually urgent.

I’m not glued to my desk because the business is refined, scaled, and aligned to support real life, not replace it.

Work still happens.
Standards still exist.
Clients are still held.

But movement, family, sunlight, and fun live here too.
