I don’t know who needs to hear this but in your business, nothing, and I mean nothing, is actually urgent.
When you’re telling your team “ASAP” every other day, pause.
You’re not in the ER. No one’s life is on the line.
High priority? Yes.
Urgent? Almost never.
If everything feels urgent inside your company, that’s not intensity. That’s disorganization.
This is exactly why systems matter in your business.
Because when you have clear timelines, defined scopes, mapped out launches, approval processes, and communication boundaries, things stop feeling like emergencies.
Systems remove panic. They replace “ASAP” with structure.
If everything feels urgent, it usually means nothing is organized.
And leaders who want to scale cannot operate in constant emergency mode.
