Job Description:

The Account Director will be required to lead strategic accounts. You’ll work closely with your colleagues such as, media and social media specialists, data analytics teams and 3rd party suppliers to ensure the successful ex*****on of campaigns within budget and client expectations. The role delivers an exceptional level of strategic thinking, client service and creative thinking, as well as having an active role in new business opportunities to lead growth.


Candidates must have B2B Marketing Agency experience & be familiar with IT/Technology marketing, have a good understanding of B2B buying cycles, content types and multi-channels, especially digital and social media to apply for this role.

Key Responsibilities for the Campaign Executive

-Key focus and responsibility is leading the client relationships, building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering against budgets and workflows.
-Plan against client campaign needs, resource effectively and ensure the team are fit for purpose
-Along with the team, manage and oversee all aspects of campaign deployment.
-Act as point of contact for escalation for the client/agency and internal teams, resolving problems quickly and communicating effectively and positively
-Develop a deep understanding of the brands and establish a strong relationship with all stakeholders.
-Build strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders, manage perceptions and expectations.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

-You will have had experience as a Senior Account/Planning Manager or Account Director within a media agency setting, working across comms planning across all media channels. Ideally you would have worked on a flagship account, working with large budgets and are extremely confident in presenting and speaking with senior clients.
-Have a passion for making clients exceptionally happy with their service..
-Able to juggle multiple projects & deadlines.. Multi-tasking is key.
Intelligence. The company is made up of very astute and strong personalities who can really delve into their own and their clients’ business.
-Flexibility and durability.

Job Description:

As part of the Commercial Team, the focus for the Assistant Project Coordinator is to become the “go to” for Kingpins key clients, where managing and building relationships on a day to day basis is essential. The successful postholder will work primarily with Microsoft. The Assistant Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project and delivery and the effective and efficient functioning of the Microsoft account.



Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Project Coordinator:

Become the operational lead for day to day tasks on several different programs. You will be responsible for owning and identifying daily tasks to be completed, working to deadlines and ensuring reports are clear and accurate. You will be working with internal teams to make sure they have all the information and support they require to deliver on all agreed objectives.

As you progress within this role, you will be taking on greater responsibilities and work with the commercial team to support new opportunities for Kingpin.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

-A background in telemarketing or data projects desirable.
-A background in customer success or account management
-Have the ability to manage multiple tasks at once and ensure they are all fulfilled appropriately
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Essential for managing and building relationships with colleagues and clients.
-Excellent listening skills are imperative. -Our ideal candidate will have the ability to be able to attend a meeting and identify the tasks which need completing. -Confident in owning a task and completing it to a high standard.
-A strong passion for delivering excellent client satisfaction.
-Excellent time management and organisation skills are an essential to be to successfully juggle multiple projects, deadlines and accounts. Multi-tasking is key.
-Highly comfortable working with Microsoft Office programs
-Qualifications are not essential. We would rather our successful candidate be highly motivated, determined and task driven.
-Flexibility, durability and attention to detail.
-Highly motivated and determined with an ambitious and pro-active outlook

The Senior Account Manager will be required to attend client briefs, help to research and prepare proposals, construct budgets and timelines and project manage campaigns end-to-end. Key Responsibilities for the Senior Account Manager

-From media planning to reporting, you will ensure that campaign end-to-end processes are carried out to the highest of standards by providing leadership, strategy and advice. Use your media planning expertise to lead and oversee media planning & buying to build and manage media and integrated plans.
-Identify and evaluate new-to-market opportunities, vendors/partners, and technologies and establish partnership-based relationships across all key media / data providers as well as clients. -Communicate industry trends and influence clients to explore these avenues within the company.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

-You must have 1-3 years experience working within a Media Agency, Publisher, Data Provider or Client side.
-Be willing and able to hit the ground running.
