Job Description:
The Account Director will be required to lead strategic accounts. You’ll work closely with your colleagues such as, media and social media specialists, data analytics teams and 3rd party suppliers to ensure the successful ex*****on of campaigns within budget and client expectations. The role delivers an exceptional level of strategic thinking, client service and creative thinking, as well as having an active role in new business opportunities to lead growth.
Candidates must have B2B Marketing Agency experience & be familiar with IT/Technology marketing, have a good understanding of B2B buying cycles, content types and multi-channels, especially digital and social media to apply for this role.
Key Responsibilities for the Campaign Executive
-Key focus and responsibility is leading the client relationships, building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering against budgets and workflows.
-Plan against client campaign needs, resource effectively and ensure the team are fit for purpose
-Along with the team, manage and oversee all aspects of campaign deployment.
-Act as point of contact for escalation for the client/agency and internal teams, resolving problems quickly and communicating effectively and positively
-Develop a deep understanding of the brands and establish a strong relationship with all stakeholders.
-Build strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders, manage perceptions and expectations.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
-You will have had experience as a Senior Account/Planning Manager or Account Director within a media agency setting, working across comms planning across all media channels. Ideally you would have worked on a flagship account, working with large budgets and are extremely confident in presenting and speaking with senior clients.
-Have a passion for making clients exceptionally happy with their service..
-Able to juggle multiple projects & deadlines.. Multi-tasking is key.
