Hey, we work with her! 😲 Our very own Leah Coughlan opened LIONS | The Home of Creativity 2026 as the festival’s first speaker. Stepping out on the Debussy Theatre stage as one of Contagious’ New Voices, she spoke about all things Sabrina Carpenter to an audience packed with industry leaders and legends.

Here’s what she had to say: “It was such a rush, honestly! I feel so proud of myself and SO HAPPY to be a part of this incredible celebration of real creativity and out of the box thinking.”

We’re all fangirling so hard. Congratulations Leah!🦁👏

Insight Day with 🚀
Last week, we hosted 12 brilliant Making the Leap fellows as part of The BBD Perfect Storm Academy.

They got a proper look into life at BBD Perfect Storm, starting with an intro to the 3Ds that shape how we create our work. Then? A silly brief to put their serious knowledge to the test: make broccoli great again. 🥦 Safe to say, the creativity in the room did not disappoint. Thank you for bringing your energy, ideas, and ambition.

We also had our own Kian share his story with everyone. Less than a year ago, he was sitting exactly where they were. Now he’s been crowned Employee of the Quarter.

We’re over the moon to be welcoming some of these brilliant people back as interns very soon. 👀💥

Creativity isn’t about shouting the loudest. Sometimes, it’s about being the tiniest. The wee tiniest, in fact.

When the Wee Tiny Gallery pops up on your doorstep, you simply have to make the 5 minute pilgrimage to Brick Lane to check it out.

Installed by with design elements by , they’ve created something that punches far above its square footage. Small-scale work with serious (adorable) craft.

In an area full of things trying very hard to be memorable, it’s a reminder that scale has NOTHING to do with impact/surprise and delight.
