Yesterday’s meeting was uncomfortable.
That’s usually a good sign.
We answered questions from every direction—investors, hardware engineers, product leads. And somewhere in that chaos, a hard truth surfaced:
We still had blind spots.
Not because the design was weak.
But because lab technicians rarely articulate their real pain clearly—and when that happens, everyone downstream gets confused. Design, hardware, even funding decisions.
