🧩 Job Overview
Darrao Digital is looking for a creative AI-powered Video Editor & Motion Designer who can both generate content using AI and turn it into engaging videos.

This role is not just editing — we want someone who can come up with ideas, use AI to create scripts/visuals, and produce high-quality short-form content like reels, shorts, and ads.

If you understand what makes content go viral and can turn concepts into scroll-stopping videos, this role is for you. 🎬

Job Type: Full-time (Office-Based)
Office Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM (6 Days a Week)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Generate content ideas using AI and current social media trends.
Use AI tools to create scripts, visuals, voiceovers, and creative concepts.
Edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and ad creatives.
Turn raw ideas into engaging storytelling-based videos.
Create motion graphics and animations where needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign content.
Maintain brand consistency across all videos.
Stay updated with trends in AI content + short-form video.
Deliver projects on time while maintaining quality.

✅ Requirements

2+ years of experience in video editing (agency or freelance).
Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Runway, Midjourney, etc.).
Strong understanding of short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
Ability to turn ideas into engaging, high-performing content.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
Portfolio is mandatory.
