A nice little win for our financial planning & wealth management client, Finura!

A closer look at the brand refresh KOTA crafted for Bucher + Suter 🔍

We built the strategy around one clear idea: Bucher + Suter make the whole contact centre system perform as one, then keep it performing over time.

That thinking shaped everything, from the sharper messaging and five strategic pillars to the cleaner palette and refined rainbow gradient.

Through our brand-to-build approach, we carried the system straight into the new website too.

One joined-up brand, built to make complexity feel manageable.

Bucher + Suter already had strong brand recognition. It just needed more clarity.

A full rebrand would’ve been overkill, so we refined what was already working.

We brought the Bucher + Suter name forward, created a separate icon for compact digital spaces and built a clearer visual system around the brand.

Now, it has a sharper strategy, stronger brand recognition and a website shaped around the problems its customers actually face.

Bucher + Suter can explain its value faster, guide people more clearly and keep the brand moving forward.

New launch alert! 🚨

Bucher + Suter works in a category full of technical language, platform noise and plenty of AI chat. Their brand had depth, but the identity wasn’t always easy to apply consistently, and the website made visitors work a bit too hard to find the good stuff.

A few snaps from a recent KOTA strategy day in London.

A group of us from across the business got together to dig into strategy, share ideas, challenge assumptions and figure out where we're heading next.

Then we did what every good strategy day deserves: closed the laptops, found some food and stayed out for a few (unnecessarily fancy) drinks. 🍸 😶‍🌫️
