If you gave me your Instagram right now and said, “Just do what you think it needs,” here’s exactly where I’d start.

The way your page feels when someone lands on it matters more than most people realise.
Before they’ve read a caption or clicked your website, they’ve already started forming an opinion about your business.

I’d start with colours, fonts and a feed layout that all work together, so from the very first post someone sees, your page feels like one business.

When every post feels like it belongs to the same business, your page becomes somewhere you’re genuinely happy to send people.

That’s what my Instagram Feed Refresh does.

If you’ve been looking at your feed thinking, “This doesn’t quite feel like my business anymore,” comment REFRESH and I’ll send you the details.

I chose peace of mind over 52K followers.

The algorithm was brutal, and it still is.

I was managing a community Instagram account.

Posting consistently, engaging day and night, showing up in stories, doing everything right and it worked... It grew.

But having 52K followers comes with a price.: It gets more demanding once you get there…

I spent so much time managing that account, staying switched on on, posting around the clock (think 1am and 3am posts).

And Somewhere in the middle of all that, I realised I was outsourcing my actual life and my family to manage someone else’s Instagram account.

So I did the unthinkable... I walked away.

I chose myself and my family over those followers.... because no one helped me figure it out, even when I asked.

And that’s what I see now with established women in business.

They’re managing their Instagram alone with no support and no one helping them figure out what actually works and i know it;s exhausting.

You don’t do your own bookkeeping or your own taxes.
You’ve already given yourself permission to outsource the things that matter to your business.

Instagram should be no different.

Before you come at me ...yes, this is posted today (Sunday). but I’m not on Instagram and this is is a scheduled post.

That’s the whole point.

It’s Sunday and I’m not on Instagram, but I used to be.

I’d tell myself I was just going to check something quickly, and an hour later I’d still be there rewriting a caption, saving reels for inspiration, telling myself this counted as rest because I was sitting down.

I want to tell you that it didn’t count as rest.

I think most women in business know the difference between working and resting.

We just blur the line when it comes to Instagram, because it feels lighter than actual work.

So I stopped.

Sundays aren’t for Instagram anymore...

My business didn’t fall apart, my family got more of me, and I got my Sundays back.💛

I know that not everyone is ready for an Instagram manager…
And I agree, you don’t want to outsource your socials (yet).
But I also know that Instagram is usually the first place someone looks at after they’ve heard about your business.
So yes, the way it looks matters.

And you’re probably thinking it’s about a pretty feat, but it’s more than that.

Your page should look like the business you’re working so hard to build, instead of lots of separate posts with nothing tying them.

Most women in business create one post at a time.

Basically you open Canva, create a post, publish it... then do the same thing again a few days later.

As a busy woman in business myself, I know you barely have time to write the caption, let alone sit in Canva picking colours that match.

That’s exactly what my Instagram Feed Refresh gives you.

I build the visual side of your Instagram so your page finally feels connected.

Your colours, fonts,, highlight covers, reel covers and bio that actually says something, and templates you’ll use for months.

You still create your content the way you always have.

It’s for the woman who works alone but doesn’t want her Instagram to look like she does.

If you’re not ready for full Instagram management, but you’re tired of looking at your page and feeling like something’s missing...

Comment REFRESH and I’ll send you all the details.
