Premier Consultants, a leading marketing recruitment firm that specialises in finding outstanding candidates in the marketing and communications industries, is merging with Pimento People a specialist freelance and interim recruitment firm and will be relaunching under a new brand name in September to create a new unique recruitment business for permanent, interim and temporary employees for agencies and client side marketing. Our new, ground-breaking concept will revolutionise the approach taken with interims and capitalise on the ‘new normal’ in the world of work. The success of this new way will be contingent on the appointment of a Community Manager whose role will be focussed on identifying and building relationships with the candidate base.
As a result, we are seeking a recruitment resourcer who is looking for a role that is extra-ordinary in the world of recruitment. The primary focus is building a network of interim and temporary personnel, seeking opportunities in marketing orientated agencies and marketing roles in client companies. At the same time the opportunity will entail continuous contact through email, face to face and video communication with candidates who have signed up to our unique concept.
Working from home (ideally you will be based within easy reach of London), you will report to our Senior Partners and Head of Marketing, working closely with them to understand the requirements of our clients and identifying suitably qualified candidates. You will have recruitment resourcing experience gained in any sector, ideally with an interest in marketing and communications, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven copywriting skills and exposure to an email platform. You will be inquisitive, engaging and enjoy creating videos, writing copy as well as other engaging content for a wide audience, willing to make recommendations based on feedback from your audience and be capable of working independently.
