Celebrating incredible creative talent! We are thrilled to highlight the shortlisted artists for the Visual Art Open (VAO) Award 2026!

The VAO Art Prize provides a unique platform for artists to gain global exposure, connect with collectors and art lovers, and elevate their creative careers. Beyond monetary awards, selected artists receive invaluable career development support and high-profile exhibition opportunities through partnerships with leading creative organisations.

This Thursday, 4th June, theprintspace presents Trees Have Faces, a solo exhibition by London painter .

Rooted in raw emotion, Shem’s work sits somewhere between surrealism and street art.

For this exclusive show, Shem has completely transformed our gallery space, filling it with a selection of new works. He’ll also be bringing the space to life with a hand painted mural.

A massive thank you to the incredible community that came down to theprintspace in Shoreditch last night to experience Miles Johnston: Oceanic, a Print Retrospective with us.
