Pure Projects is a construction and refurbishment company working across residential and commercial builds, with over 40 years behind it.

A lot of that work is detailed, high-spec, and not always easy to communicate clearly online.

The brief was to make that easier.

We worked across the brand and website - refining the identity, introducing more structure to how projects are presented, and building a platform that helps people understand the scope, detail, and quality of what they do.

You can’t manage a multi-country rollout using static reports and fragmented emails.

When we built the FLN Hub, we had to solve a massive visibility gap. Global teams needed a way to see exactly how literacy programs were performing across Accelerator countries without waiting months for a manual update.

We built a bespoke Senior Stakeholder Dashboard to act as a "control room." By centralising data from multiple territories into one interface, we made it possible to monitor delivery capacity in real-time.

It allows the teams managing the project to see exactly where progress is hitting a wall and where it’s gaining momentum.

It’s the shift from reactive reporting to active, data-led management.

Millions of children lack basic literacy and numeracy skills because the "how-to" is currently buried in dense research rather than actionable tools.

To bridge this gap, we partnered with Delivery Associates to design and develop the FLN Hub.

We transformed complex research into a digital engine for UNICEF and global education leaders. With interactive tools like a Capacity Builder and Evidence Menu, teams can now assess readiness and deploy proven interventions in real-time.

The Digital Benefits Hub isn’t just an academic project; it is the practical home for the Digital Benefits Network at Georgetown’s Beeck Center.

While the university is the site of the research, the Hub is where that research becomes usable for government teams on the ground.

We designed the experience to move these resources out of the classroom and into a functional library that practitioners can actually navigate.

By organizing everything by topic and journey stage, we made it possible to find a specific case study or peer tool in a few clicks.
