We’re Hiring – Signage Fabricator / Letter Maker

We’re looking for an experienced Signage Fabricator with strong practical skills and experience in letter making and sign production to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating high-quality signage from start to finish and takes real pride in their craftsmanship.

The Role:

You will be involved in the manufacture and finishing of a wide range of signage, including:

* Fabricating and assembling bespoke signage
* Making and finishing 3D built-up letters
* Experience with tray signs, flat-cut letters and built-up lettering
* Working with acrylic, aluminium, Dibond, PVC, foam and other signage materials
* Cutting, shaping, bonding and finishing materials
* Preparing signs and letters for installation
* Applying vinyl graphics where required
* Reading artwork, drawings and production specifications
* Ensuring all work is completed accurately and to a high standard
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop
* Working alongside the design, production and installation teams

About You:

The successful candidate will have:

* Previous professional experience in signage fabrication
* Strong experience in letter making / built-up letters
* Excellent attention to detail and finishing skills
* A good understanding of signage materials and fabrication techniques
* The ability to work from drawings and artwork
* A practical, problem-solving approach
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Pride in producing quality work
* A reliable and hardworking attitude
* Experience with CNC, laser cutting, bending or other sign-making machinery would be an advantage

Salary:
Competitive, based on experience

Location:
Unit 3, Annesborough Industrial Estate, Lurgan.

Hours:
38.5 Mon - Friday
(Overtime available)
