long time no post 👀

another successful Luton Comic Con ( )!!!!!!
i had sooo much fun but barely took any photos of the event unfortunately!

this year was extra special because it was my first time cosplaying – i went as yumeko from kakegurui ♠️♥️ and the highlight was spotting mia dressed as runa and running straight over to her! she’s the sweetest girl and even joined me in the cosplay showcase!

the drinks ( ), food ( ), stalls, parade and finishing the night with juliette burton’s ( ) comedy show made it such a memorable day!

unfortunately my red contact lenses never arrived (still haven’t💀), so i grabbed a random pair last minute from town and they didn’t quite look right – but let me know what you think anyway!

a huge shout out to the comic con team for doing such an amazing job once again – so proud of you all! until next year!

Had an amazing evening at the Super Smash Bros. Tournament hosted by Ryan Prazer from the Luton Comic Con team! The event was a massive success, and I couldn’t be prouder of the team for organising the first of many mini-events planned in the lead-up to the big day on 6th September.

A huge well done to everyone who participated, and congratulations to the finalists—you smashed it! The energy and sense of community were incredible, and it was brilliant to see everyone having such a great time.

And this is just the beginning! We’ve got a D&D event, a Pokémon-themed fest, and even more exciting events lined up. Keep your eyes peeled for updates—you won’t want to miss what’s coming next!

As you all know, I recently had the honour of working with and to design the cover for the world’s first Luton-based comic, ‘ALL ON RED!’ 🎉 This project was my first professional gig in graphic design, bringing me a step closer to my dream career.

We debuted the comic at Luton Comic Con 2024 ( ), and I feel so lucky to have had this opportunity! The artwork inside was drawn by the talented team at Two Side Studios, as I’m not the best at drawing myself—but check out the last slide to see my own attempt at sketching over one of Jaspal’s originals from when we first started the project!

Draft 7 was my personal favourite for the cover.

With the US election trending, I decided to create a poem and graphic bundle. I hate politics and politicians, but seeing these cute little babies getting hurt is heartbreaking, and this is the least I can do. It’s a bold statement, and I know it might stir up some controversy—but I’m confident I’m on the right side of history, and I hope the majority of you are with me on this. We shouldn’t be afraid to be decent people and amplify the voices of those who can’t share their stories. It’s time to stand up for what’s right and create a space where everyone feels heard and valued.

Hey everyone! I wanted to share something that really perked me up recently. I just read this fantastic article, written by the one and only Olivia Preston, that I’ve had the honour of being included in about the ‘All On Red’ project.

Even though I played a small role in this project, I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve created and so grateful to have had the chance to work with such amazing trailblazers. A massive shout out to Two Side Studios and X-4rce CIC for believing in me and giving me this opportunity.

👻 It’s been a while since I created a poster, and since it’s October (aka spooky season 🎃), I figured I’d go with that theme! This one was originally made as a party/event invite, but the client ended up not using it due to the event being cancelled—so I decided to switch it up and make it my own.

Disclaimer: the event isn’t real… but hey, if you want to make it real, let me know! 😏 I went with a really grungy, p***y look for this one since I haven’t experimented with this style before, and I think it turned out really, really well. Super happy with it! 🖤 After a very busy few weeks, I’m back to building up my portfolio—more to come soon!

Luton’s Comic Con today was a hit! The vendors were selling all kinds of amazing stuff, from comic books to kimonos. There was so much Pokémon stuff for Elliott, and they even had some Studio Ghibli goodies too!

It was an honour designing the cover for ‘All On Red’ and being part of the team. I’m so proud of Jaspal and Jasbir for all their hard work in bringing this project to life. Huge shoutout to Luton’s Deadpool for giving me this opportunity, Annie for being such a cutie and an amazing little artist, and Tony Hough—it was a pleasure meeting you! And massive thanks to X-4RCE for funding this project.
