Due to the personalised nature of the product – returns are not accepted without proof of damage prior to receiving product. Therefore, please ensure that all information and spelling is correct prior to ordering. Please allow 3 business days from payment for the making of your product and a further 3 days for delivery, after final approval of the preview, via Royal Mail 2nd class. If you require a faster service please contact me and arrangements can be made. Collection is also possible.

Thank you all for your patience. Late last year I announced that I was taking a break whilst moving house and pregnant, I hoped to come back after New Year.

I'm very happy to announce the arrival of my daughter Beatrix at the end of December 🥰 unfortunately she has had some health issues and has been diagnosed with a condition that requires quite a lot of attention.

Therefore I am extending my break, I don't want to suggest a timescale as I can't guarantee anything but I really appreciate all of the support and understanding I have received.

Thank you all for your patience, support and understanding whilst I moved house. I apologise again to those of you who couldn't order during that time.

I have come to the decision to remain closed until after the baby arrives now. With renovations in the house still underway and preparation for the new arrival I just can't dedicate the time needed. I hope you all understand.

Mothering Sunday is the 14th March. I am pleased to be offering a selection of Mother's Day cards. I, as always, am happy to customise any card for any occasion. One lovely lady asked in particular for a flamingo card 🦩 so I designed a selection for her to choose from.

Whether you need a specific wording, have a favourite colour, animal, activity or theme Sentimental By Octavia will do it's best to accommodate and design you something special.

Printed on 220gsm card. Local delivery or P&P included A5 cards are £3.50 or 3 cards for £10. A6 cards are £3 or 4 cards for £10.
