We’re celebrating Employee Ownership Day!

For us, employee ownership means more than having a stake in the business. It means everyone at Skout has a voice in where we’re going, how we work, and the kind of agency we’re building together.

We’d like to wish a very happy ‘Skout’ birthday to our two Claires, who both have recently celebrated huge milestones🎉

Claire Lamb is celebrating her 9th year with us at Skout and what better way to celebrate than to show you a picture from when she first joined!

And we can’t believe that it’s already been 4 years since Claire James joined us, time has really flown by.

A huge thank you from the Skout team to you both, your dedication and hard work are an inspiration.

Did you know that tomorrow is Earth Day? 🌎

This year, we’ve started our journey to reduce our carbon footprint and are in the process of creating our sustainability strategy. Here are some of the steps we’ve taken so far…

🌿We now have our very own Sustainability Squad (cool name, right?) in place who are dedicated to making Skout green.

🤞Over the past few months, we’ve been working on our sustainability pledges which we’re hoping to launch soon. Stay tuned!

🗑️ Sounds small but we’ve removed all bins from desk areas to encourage the team to consciously recycle.

🚶‍♀️ We’re virtually walking the world! Our aim is to hike, cycle, run, swim (and everything in between) a total distance of 12,742 km before the end of the year, motivating us to think twice about using our cars.
