Hi, I’m Miranda ♥️ and if you met me a few years ago… you probably wouldn’t have guessed this is what I do now 😅✨

Because for a long time, my confidence wasn’t just low… it held me back completely 😫

Public speaking felt overwhelming. Even simple interactions could feel uncomfortable. I’d overthink everything, replay conversations, and avoid putting myself out there wherever I could 😟

On the outside, it probably didn’t look like that. But internally, it was a constant battle and can still have moments like that 😣

Over time, and with a lot of work, training, and putting myself in situations I would’ve once avoided… that started to change 🙂

I see so many business owners in that exact same place...

Capable. Experienced. Brilliant at what they do… but holding back because of nerves, self doubt, or fear of getting it wrong 😨

That’s who I want to help and work with, because confidence isn’t something you’re born with. It’s something you can build and once you do… everything changes 🤩✨

Most experts think they need to dump their entire brain into a single post to prove their value. They don’t ❌

When you overwhelm your audience with detail, you don’t look smarter - you just look noisy. True authority is the ability to take a complex solution and distill it into a single, undeniable “Aha!” moment 💪

Don’t give them a textbook. Give them a lightbulb 💡

You’ve got ideas. You’ve probably recorded things 🎙️

BUT when it comes to actually turning that into content… nothing happens 😖

Not because you can’t do it, but because there’s no structure to follow 🤷‍♀️

So every time you sit down, it feels like starting again…

👉➡️ What do I take from this?
👉➡️ How do I turn it into posts?
👉➡️ What actually goes out first?

Without structure, everything feels harder than it should. With it, it becomes obvious. And once it’s obvious… you actually start using what you’ve already created 🙌

You recorded a podcast and thought that would finally sort your content 🎙️🙌

One good session, something solid you could use, and you’d be consistent from here 😃

But then the week starts and nothing actually goes out. You’ve got the episode, but no clips, no posts, no clear way of turning it into anything usable 😞

So it just sits there while everything else takes over, and before you know it you’re back to square one again 🫠

It’s not that recording the podcast was a bad idea. It’s that no one showed you how to actually use it afterwards 🫡

Because one recording isn’t the win. What you get from it is 😯

Listened to a talk from Sally Lawson on letting agency growth strategies 🔑

Some interesting ideas in there, especially around landlord education and positioning 🎓

One approach they shared was running free landlord seminars, breaking down the layers of compliance and legislation, and in the process highlighting where landlords might be exposed or unsure 🧐

From there, it naturally leads into conversations about full management. You can see the logic behind it. When people understand the level of responsibility involved, it shifts how they view managing it themselves 🤯
