It’s so easy to get caught in the trap that we need better graphics, a flashier website or the perfect backdrop..

But when I really stop and think about the women I have grown to trust and remember, it’s never because everything they did looked polished

It’s because of that something personal they shared that felt honest & real

✨The hold up on the school run that was about to collide with a client call

✨The wobble right before taking that big decision

✨The quiet win they nearly kept to themselves

That’s what stays, that’s what resonates & that’s what gets remembered

Building your personal brand isn’t about polishing ourselves into something unrecognisable

Maybe it’s just about letting people see the real human behind your work and having the courage to share it and knowing that’s enough…

If every single person scrolling on their phone right now helped even one small business…

Can you JUST imagine the difference it would make👀

Right now, someone’s with trying to grow their small business is sitting watching their most recent post get little to no views

They agonized over every word, took the photos 7 times & are now refreshing their phone every 20mins hoping maybe someone has noticed them

The algorithm says NO But you could say YES

Silly season is just beginning & for so many small businesses these are the weeks that will really matter!

Your tiny tap… that like, comment, share or even a repost… might be the moment they finally get seen in that online sea of big brands with those even bigger budgets

Not everything turns out how I even imagined it would back then but I wouldn’t change a thing!🤩

If life has taught me anything every single one of us is still figuring this thing called life out!

Really it’s all in the name of procrastination and underneath..

You’re still not showing up in the way you really want to be seen or talked about online

I’ve chatted with many women who say the same thing:
I just want to feel confident sharing what I do

But instead of using their voice, they keep hiding behind the polishing

So I’m calling out the things no one wants really wants to admit:

✅ You don’t need more courses
✅ You don’t need to rebrand (again)
✅ You don’t need to get it perfect

You just need to start TODAY

Messy, honest, slightly uncomfortable & that’s how confidence is built.

More motion & more taking action

Only a few years ago, I would’ve laughed if you told me this was where I’d be

Travelling solo to one of UK’s biggest sales + marketing conferences, surrounded by people I once watched from a distance…

Now I’m in the room - As me Leanne - As the founder

💫And that feels big but gooood!!💫

This week feels like a turning point which honestly I didn’t even see coming until I started packing my little bag (thanks Easyjet! 😉) but yet deeply needed

Not because I’ve hit some huge milestone - but because of what it’s taken to get here:

→ Being willing to keep showing up, even when it felt like no one was watching

→ Choosing to lead with who I really am, not just what I do

→ Saying yes to conversations, even when my inner voice whispered, “what are you doing here Leanne?”

It’s easy to think strategy or sales are the main markers of growth

But honestly?

The moments that moved the needle most for me have been the quiet ones: the DMs, the Zooms, the people who believed in me before I fully believed in myself

💫So if you’re in a season of building too - big or small, clear or messy

💫Keep going

💫You’re closer than you think
